Great looking Stove

It's a great looking stove! It definitely takes some time to get used to. I cooked a pie for Christmas and didn't realize that when the timer shuts off it shuts the whole oven off instead of just beep to let me know the oven is ready. So it took much much longer to bake the pie and didn't realize until I cut into it that it still wasn't cooked throughout. Also the cooktop is already leaving permanent spots on it that I can't seem to get off which it making it look bad already.

We chose this stove in the process of updating our kitchen appliances. Delivery was great and the stove was exactly what we were looking for. The glass top and stainless steel trim match the other updated appliances in the kitchen. The stove top holds temperature well and the oven preheats quickly. The addition of WiFi was a nice touch, as you are able to control the stove as well as receive updates when the timer goes off or the stove is done preheating. I am very happy with the purchase.

our electric range model is #ne59r6631sg. we bought the range in july, 2020. the burners get too hot even on the lowest setting. the oven cooks too cool or too hot or both. the settings touch display is psychedelically strobing and appears to be on the brink of going out entirely. we can't get a resolution from samsung or lowe's. we will n-e-v-e-r buy a samsung product again. buyer be ware....check the internet regarding samsung ranges. wish we had before we bought.

push button key pad is junk, you have to keep pushing the symbol to make it work and no i don't want to use my phone to run my stove. glass top scratches very very easily and shows every fingerprint. my old glass top had a textured surface which is a lot better for scratches and prints. i am sorry i purchased this range.

This range is a huge improvement over my previous "dinosaur" range. I love the stainless steel finish and the ceramic top. The dials are just the right size and the Rapid Boil function is the best part of the range! Since the Oven is much larger than my old range, I have to remember to give more time for it to preheat but once the oven gets to temperature it finishes even faster than the cooking time states. Saves time and energy! A great Range for a great price!

The Samsung smart electric range is a fantastic oven/range. It looks sleek and clean. We love all the features of which we will talk about a few here. Love the boil water fast feature. Also love the integration with Smarthings. We know when the oven is on when away from home. Storage underneath could be better but that's ok. We love how it matches our stainless steel refrigerator and white cabinetry. It's easy to clean and can handle many dishes/pots. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The range was way easy to install, just plug it in and a few turns on the feet to get it up to counter height and level. It has a great rapid boil feature so water boils faster than on my old range. We eat a lot of pasta do meal prep time being cut down is great. The oven works amazing, although it warms at about a stss add beard pace it seems to cook food better and more evenly than my last oven. I enjoy cooking on my range and it's very spacious inside and out. Range can be hooked to a smart device as well for programming. It looks great and helps brighten our kitchen along with our other great Samsung products we got through the insiders. The oven light is a perfect bright and the tones for timers are more pleasant than usual stoves. Stove top clean up has been a breeze for me (messy cooker) so that's a bonus.

I love how fast the oven heats up. I have been trying new air-fry recipes and everything have turned out perfect. I cook my chicken in half the time so when it comes out, it is moist. My only suggestion is finding a way for easier cleaning. Besides that, she is a beauty and keeper. The Wi-Fi function is probably my favorite. I am able to change settings and check on things from my phone. There is plenty of space to cook a whole Thanksgiving dinner in this oven. Love it!

I received my stove and they dropped it off, took a picture and left. I did not have much time to check it out. Of course, later in the evening I found a Knick on it. Super bummed about this. Its in front too so that is all I see. On another note, it is a cool range. It works well, is a great look and sleek design. I appreciate my opportunity, just wish I could have been able to catch this flaw right away. Other than that, I can still use it and I enjoy the rapid boil feature. The self cleaning oven options is great too. I have used it once already and it was awesome. I also used the app, it would be much better if you could turn the range on from your app. I included a photo of the damage.

Not what I had hoped

Upgraded from an old coil stove. Having a glass top is very nice. Top is easy to clean. Mush easier cooking than with a coil top. Burners cook evenly. Stove itself is an attractive design. So far, it works as it should. Steam clean feature seems to function, but never actually cleans inside. Vent for heat from oven is located right behind the handle, so be careful opening the door. Bottom drawer is too small and flimsy. Nothing can really be stored inside. Burner and hot surface indicators are identical. Would prefer they were different. I also feel the hot surface indicator needs to stay on longer than it does.

The Samsung NE63A6111SS/AA oven has been a fantastic upgrade to our kitchen! The glass top is very sleek and modern, and the overall look of the oven makes our kitchen appear so much more up to date. The top heating elements heat up very fast and we have noticed that they are more effective than our previous unit. The main oven itself also heats up very well and we have been more than happy with its performance! The smart Wi-Fi feature has been a huge help as we are able to check on our phones when we are out to see if we forgot to turn it off, which has happened. When that happens, we are able to turn it off from our phones which is a feature I can no longer live without. I can not recommend this oven enough! From a glamorous style to outstanding features as it has everything I need and more.

Although I do not do a lot of cooking in my household I do do a little. I find the top of the range very easy to use, I especially like the rapid boil feature. I haven't had a chance to use the oven yet, but my wife assures me it is very good. I like the simple layout of the controls and found them very easy to master. Overall I am very pleased with the range and would recommend it. My only negative to date is I would improve the backlighting for the controls as from time to time it can be difficult to see.

The look of this stove is a very sleek design. It is a little lightweight for me. It almost feels hollow, if that makes sense. I do enjoy the smart feature options that this Samsung range has to offer me. The rapid boil works very fast as long as you use the correct flat bottom pans for this range. My cooktop did start to discolor around the edges of burners and so forth very fast. We noticed this almost right away without spills or anything. I do enjoy this range but feel it is a little over priced for the people who would be paying full price.

We have used the range for several months and no complaint so far. At the beginning, my wife does not like the beep sounds, but later we found the sound can be switched off. I also like to feature that the oven can be connected with my iPhone using SmartThings app. Would highly recommend it.

We had the stove for three months, a "cosmetic defect/markings" appeared around some burners. We were told by Samsung the extended warranty won't cover what we consider damage. Like I stated we only had it for 5 months. Will NOT recommend to anyone.

received glass cooktop range on 10/16/21. i am so disappointed that i have only had this range for 17 days, yesterday after i used it for the 3rd time,i noticed tthe big burner had a few scratches & a small mark that looked like the coating came off. i prepared the top as instructed & have follwed the care & cleaning instructions to the tee & bought new cookware for a glass top ranges. now i'm being told by service rep that's the way the cooktop is and that i have to live with the scratches if the cream doesn't take them out. terrible design. i just wish i could have bought a coil range to match the black stanless steel of my other 2 appliance.

I bought my Electric Samsung Range with rapid boil a couple months ago and it has been working great, It heats up in seconds and i haven't had any issues with it. I highly recommend
