We decided to switch out all of our kitchen appliances over this last year. This microwave is bigger, able to cook/reheat larger dishes, and is very user friendly. There are many features to choose between for practically anything you need to do. Since it is an over the stove microwave, it has a fan. The fan has different levels of power, and the light even has different levels of brightness. The color is beautiful, and looks great in our kitchen. My 9-year old can use this without any trouble. I would highly recommend this microwave to anyone looking at buying a new one.

We love this microwave! First of all, it was super easy to install in my new kitchen. All the mounting hardware was included in the package, and I was able to install it myself. We love that it is a good size space and is big enough for anything we need to microwave. It works super well and heats up the food in a pinch. I love that there is a 30 second button I can click whenever I need to get food heated up quickly. I also use the popcorn button nearly every night. It's a great microwave that looks super good in the space and works well!

Received this about a week ago and installed it. No problems so far, working great and fit our space perfectly, hooked up to existing power and exhaust. Only dropped a few stars because the delivery service samsung used scraped some paint off our entryway carrying the box in.

I am impressed with this microwave. Many different options to chose from on screen including a defrost option. I love the auto cook option and the stainless steel surface. I have the matching refrigerator which is nice to go with the microwave and now just to hey the stove! It is easy to clean and was an easy set up. It is easy to open and close and if I cook something and forget about it It beeps again to remind me. It also has an eco button which is the best part of thus microwave, it turns off the lights/time to conserve energy, I really appreciate Samsung's contribution to protecting the environment.

So far we have really enjoyed having the new Samsung ME16A4021 microwave in our kitchen and the stainless matches perfectly to our Samsung refrigerator. The microwave it replaced was starting on the downward cycle of life, however, I would like to add that other than a couple of minor oversights I prefer the Samsung.
PROS:
- Even heating, much more so than our prior one
- The microwave seems well built and is solid
- The stainless steel looks great and is easy to clean
CONS:
- The black touchpad is a fingerprint magnet and is not the easiest to clean
- Only has a 30 second "add time" option. Our previous one added them in 10 second increments and was easier to adjust cooking times.
- Still uses the old incandescent bulbs. With how cheap LED bulbs are now why are they not included. We replaced the factory bulbs with LED's and it made a large difference.
Overall we are happy with our choice and have zero regrets about the purchase. We do recommend this microwave but please be aware of the limitations of this vs. higher priced models.

This Samsung microwave looks great and goes well with our current Samsung products. There are lots of different features to choose from and it heats up very well. It was very easy to install and took about 30 minutes total. It runs quiet and the door opens easy. Very easy to clean and the exhaust fan is also a nice feature. Very roomy inside for any size dish. Very easy to operate the kids love making their own food! I definitely recommend this Samsung microwave to anyone looking for a new product!

Bought because old microwave stopped working. Have purchased a number of Samsung appliances and TV's all have been great Only feature we don't like is the touch pad is black and doesn't light up. So hard to read. But otherwise it's a 10 ⭐️ On everything else.

This microwave was a replacement for a similar one that had stopped working. It came on time and fit perfectly where the prior microwave was located. The standard features are more than adequate to satisfy all our cooking needs and easily accessed and understood.

i have had this microwave for 6 months. this isn't a very long time and something has already messed up. i don't use my microwave often but when using it recently it just stopped working. the door will not close and when i try to close it, it opens right back up. i have had to unplug it so the light will not stay on inside the microwave. when calling warranty they said they can not cover it and if someone comes out we would be charged. i am not happy with microwave at all and have seen multiple people have the same issue. seems like they use cheap plastic which results in this happening. i will not buy anything from samsung from here on out.

We had recently got a brand new Samsung range and was looking for something to replace the ugly white microwave we had above it. This microwave fit the bill so I jumped at the chance to get it.
Out of the box it was very easy to install. I would say from start to finish removing my old one and installing this one it took me about an hour. The directions were very clear and the included wall templates made it very easy to put holes exactly where I needed them.
Once I got it installed and plugged it in I was ready to go. The microwave itself is very easy to use. IT has all of the typical functions and presets that you would find on any standard microwave. But there were a couple new ones I had never seen before. Like the softening setting. My fiancée is a baker and she loves being able to easily soften butter and chocolate for her baking. We found that function to work very well! The microwave is very quiet compared to our old one as well. Definitely cuts down on the noise in our kitchen. The only small gripes I have is that the stainless does show fingerprints really easily and it would be nice if there was a backlight on the control panel to make it easier to see in a darker kitchen.
Other than that we love it. It has every function youd need in a basic microwave and has the vent and light which is perfect to mount above your stove.
I highly recommend it if you are looking for a new microwave to go above your stove!
