The oven didnt work right out of the box. Trying to get a repairman out under their warranty has been a nightmare. Its been over 2 weeks and nothing. If a representative says I have to research this and I will call you right back Dont hang up they will never call you back. Im a 100 disabled veteran and I or no customer deserves this treatment

Bought about 5 months ago recently went on a vacation with my partner and our pets. Before leaving I cleaned the house kitchen specifically and know that the glass stove top was in pristine condition. Upon returning home 5 days later there was a giant star crack on it the main part of it could NOT be felt however following the crack towards the ends of it it pops to the top of the glass and managed to cut my fingers up a bit.
Called LG to discuss replacing it and was told that we caused the damage it wouldnt be covered with warranty and was made to feel like a liar when explaining that it happened while we were out of town. Not impressed with LG at all and should have listened to those who told us to run not walk RUN in the opposite direction from LG.

Weve had this for 2.5 years. Its used lightly and only needed cleaned three times. The third time the lining started flaking off. The oven is unsafe to use and needs to be replaced. Again its only 2.5 years old

I really love how quickly I can boil water for soups using the two designated elements up front. I also love how I can alternate between small pots to wide pans making it easy to work around different pan sizes without much unwanted energy and heat. Another thing I really enjoy is how easy it is to clean the cooktop and stove. Not having to deal with the coils in the bottom of the stove is such a game changer in time taken to clean up simple messes.

Literally almost ate the ceramic coating because it cracked and fell into our food while cooking. Wasted hours of my life on the phone with LG people that didnt speak or understand abd English well. They didnt care and offered no resolution. I have almost all LG appliances because I thought they were the best. Fridge microwave dishwasher over washer dryer TV. I will never buy LG again and let as many people know as I can the garbage service they offer. Just make it right

worst stove Ive ever bought first time I turned the oven on something popped under the stovetop and smoke started coming out the back of the stove. Ive tried to get it repaired but the company says there is no one in my area who repairs them. They have given me no other solutions. So Im stuck with a stove that doesnt work.

I purchased the range a couple months ago. I didnt know it at the time but if you leave one of the burners on accidently it will automatically shut off after a certain amount of time. Awsome safety feature

I bought this stove for a kitchen remodel. Love the blue onterior. Everyone is so surprised when they open the oven door. Smooth surface top was not my first choice really wanted gas but so far it has been stellar. Quick heat-up of all the burners. It does mark up easily though. Cleaner does the trick. Overall a good choice. Customer support was very helpful the one time I called.

I love my new range Just in time for Christmas baking The oven heats up fast as does the cook top . If I had one suggestion the cook top is very dark I have to turn on the burner to see where exactly to sit the pot - otherwise cleans up like a dream.

How can I be more clear. Hot spots - yes. Inconsistent temperature - double yes. Waste of time and money. You cannot get an even bake for anything. Im using high quality pans and tried and test recipes. Ive trouble shot and turned into a science experiment. This is not worth 7.00 much less 700.00. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF TRASH.

Ive had this range for about one month. The glass on the top already has marks after the first use Im using brand new pans for glass top rang The oven itself is awesome but that bottom drawer is cheaply made doesnt seem to even slide in and out easily. This is my first time purchasing LG and not sure that I would do it again we also bought the microwave and dishwasher and the dishwasher is cheaply made as well.

I bought this almost a month ago and so far I am satisfied with my purchase especially the PureHeat feature which heats at a super fast speed. It matches my other LG appliances. The only negative is the lack of that one perfect-sized burner which is there only as a warmer.

I love the look of the range and how the knobs are in the back of it. It heats up very quickly so it does take some adjusting for baking. The touch buttons are hard to press to make work and the bottom drawer is honesty one of the cheapest drawers Ive ever seen on a stove/oven definitely not LG quality. Other than that I love it.

We bought this about a month ago and so far I like everything about it. I wish the stove top didnt streak so much when cleaning it but that is a minor inconvenience. Burners heat up well and the rapid heat is a nice feature. The oven works great and I have used it several times with no complaints. My girlfriends only problem is the cute little melody when the timer goes off.

A brand new range used it once to heat up water this is what happened. Called LG customer service after three times transferred I was told to go to Home depot because it is cosmetic. I know it is not because I saw the same issue from another customer on the review.

Bought two weeks ago and oven and smooth top burners do not heat properly Tried to preheat oven to 400 degrees and after an hour only said it was 350 degrees - however when I put an oven thermometer in the oven it only registered at 250 degrees. Also smooth top burners very very slow heating Do like some of the features if the heat problem gets fixed

Oven is great. Only complaints is the bottom pan drawer is smaller than our old range and the wireless connectivity wont connect to our network. The customer service person who attempted to help me was having almost as bad a day as me by the end of the call.

We have had the new stove for almost 4 months and I am very happy with the way it cooks both on top and inside. We did however have a weird experience. The oven door is 3 layers of glass and the middle layer shattered when it wasnt being used. LG was very easy to work with while under factory warranty and it was fixed quickly. It was a defect. No problems since.

This range replaced a 32 year old coil range. It cooks evenly bot burners and oven. the thin black numerals on the shiny stainless steel are difficult to see. The circles defining the burner locations are hard to see. Figuring out the dual burner controls takes trial and error.

Our range died so we needed something quickly and I wanted to shop local. Unfortunately there are a number of things that I am unhappy with. This unit has an annoying-to-me beep pitch and the timer when it goes off plays a little tune that I find horribly grating - every 15 seconds until it is turned off. I am disabled and cannot always stand immediately and I take this into account when I set the timer but I cant any longer. I am attempting to get used to it and have not tried to see what the turning off function does actually turn off but at least that it there. The timer button in particular is problematic - it goes from skipping 5 minutes to 10 almost immediately so I have to press from each individual minute and all the buttons take more pressure than our previous unit. Also because of the multiple-unit instructions all mixed together nature of the instruction book I missed that this unit ONLY has the steam clean NOT self-clean I may have read that in a review and forgot as well. This is also a problem given my disability. The front of the stove also gets alarmingly hot when the oven is on. The storage drawer is smaller than our old unit which isnt a big deal but adds a bit to the negative. Unfortunately I registered the product right away so I cannot return it.
What I do like - the burners heat up very quickly there is an indicator for them being still warm which is good. The oven works well seems to run a bit hot but I havent tried adjusting it yet. I have not yet tried the steam clean or to clean the top. The wi-fi was very easy to set up. I like - especially because of my disability - being able to see if a burner though not which burner or the oven is on. I wish I could shut off the annoying timer from the app but it does not appear that I can - that would be an improvement. I need to do more research on if I can change the tone or something Ive been trying to see if I can get used to it.
All and all it works fine but there are things that make me really unhappy with it that I could not tell from looking at it in the store or missed. Someone else might be really happy with the sounds and most people will not be caused pain by wiping after the steam clean. I like the way it looks though the burner dials are a bit clunky.

I like the stove and oven. The heating elements work well. The stove top seal around the edge is peeling off even though I have only used a plastic scraper to clean the stove top. I am unsure what to do about this.

Purchased this stove during a presidents day sale. It has all the features we were looking for. We have put it through the paces with stove top and oven. All work perfectly. My only problem is the drawer face was bent in two places and we were told it would be six months to get an undamaged stove or accept it and the drawer face would be replaced. Six months was not acceptable so we took the damaged stove and are waiting for the repair

This stove is hard to use. The oven cooks everything to fast if you need to cook something on 375 set it on 350 or cut the time down a few minutes that its supposed to be cooked. Also burners are the same. Everything needs to be at a lower sitting.

I bought the stove for may mom birthday back in September and 5 month later when my mom was cooking the glass top start to melt we call LG and they say it was because we dont use the correct way but we dont do anything different. Anyway I think is maybe something wrong on quality of the product. I dont recommend to buy this.
