Bought this a few week ago and we are very pleased. Easy to use and dishes are spotless even the tough pot and pans. We also have a LG refrigerator and TV and have had great success with this brand.

I bought this dishwasher less than a year ago and it has already failed. The telephone support is among the worst in the market. The technical help department only knows to verify if the unit is plugged in and the breaker is on. They are absolutely useless. All they do is schedule a local technician to start a warranty claim. This dishwasher has the shortest lifespan of any dishwasher I have ever had. I have rental property and deal with appliances regularly and LG is by far the worst brand.

I love my new dishwasher. I just wish it had a dry cycle that actually dries dishes. Im disappointed that after trying all of available drying cycles none of them actually dry the dishes and plastic items are full of water in rims bottom inside and bottom outside. They must be hand dried. Everything must be hand dried. LG typically is a top of the lube product but the smart model is stupid Its not smart enough after taking 3 hours and 4 minutes to dry my diashes. Im very disappointed for the first time in my LG purchase.
I suggest buying a different brand if You want a dishwasher that washes and dries Your dishes.

This dishwasher has done great features We particularly appreciate the extra 3rd row on the top for spatulas big knives etc. we also like the TruSteam feature the quiet operation and especially the WiFi capability. My husband was thrilled when our Alexa speaker upstairs announced that the load was finished in the kitchen

Replaced all our apliances with LG stainless steal. Extremely happy with our decision. No finger prints is great. Great features and design. Only thing I we dont like is the length of time to wash dishes 2 1/2 hours. Its not an LG problem all new dish washer are now designed that way pretty ridiculous and they arent completely dry when its done. Other than that we would highly recommend LG good price and quality.

Its just a dishwasher. After I clean off the dishes it will wash them but all of the dry cycles and Ive tried them all do not dry the dishes. Ive watched YouTube videos and read all of the instructions. But there is no dry cycle that dries the dishes. The cleaned off dishes come out clean but damp and anything plastic on any shelf of the dishwasher are full of water inside and out. Ive tried all the all of the instructions etc. nothing works. Damp dishes even if left over night with the extra dry cycle used. Ive resigned myself the only way to get dry dishes it to dry them by hand. I dont recommend this product Unless You like drying Your dishes by hand

No help from LG No help from HomeDepot. I will never buy an appliance from LG or HomeDepot again. Brand new and nothing but a problem. Terrible service. Buyer beware

I had this dishwasher installed in January 2023. I loved it. It was super quiet for two months and then started making loud noises and no longer worked. I called for a repair and they replaced the motor which has resolved the problem. I hope to enjoy this for many years from here on out

Had this dishwasher installed about a week or so ago. I have used a few times so far and the dishes come out very clean and dry. Overall the unit is quiet but at certain times during wash it does get a bit louder but not too annoying.

Purchased in November and the motor went out in February. I understand electronics can go bad. Technician came out and diagnosed the issue as a bad motor and has seen this happening more and more. Stated part would be in within a week. Partand job has not been completed and the tech closed out the job stating it was completed. Now it is May and still no part or tech to come out. I was a die-hard LG fan but that is changing. Very dissatisfied

This is my first ever brand new dishwasher. I was very upset when we first got it because it didnt seem the dishes dried. After getting help from LG support we realized we needed the rinse aid. I still was like there is now way this is going to dry the dishes just from adding rinse aid.

I bought this a year ago and its still doing a great job cleaning the dishes. I had a part go bad but got it replaced within the factory warranty with no issues.
Con would be the dishes dont fully dry still even with multiple solutions and the 3rd rack doesnt seem to get really clean even on a heavy cycle.

We purchased this appliance a month ago and we love it. Its been a nice upgrade from our older dishwasher and its much quieter. It has several features like saving water usage time etc... In addition the Wi-Fi option is great to have as this appliance can start with the touch of an app. We are glad to have made an investment in this dishwasher.

Dishwasher is good but not as quiet as I was hoping for. All in all satisfied but have only had it for a month so time will tell. One problem is putting wine glasses on middle rack on the sides and when you pull out the small top rack it hits the glasses and breaks off the stem Weve broken 2 glasses in a week

Its been in my home close to a month and has yet to run a whole cycle. LG has sent a tech out who was clueless. Weve had our contractor and plumber work on it multiple times. Best Buy can only bring us another dishwasher.. it will not be an LG product

We have really enjoyed this dishwasher so far. It does a great job cleaning the dishes and is extremely roomy as well. Its very quiet. It looks great both inside and out as well.
The only downside is that weve had to have it repaired already. Thankfully that was covered under warranty but it makes me concerned that it might happen again out of warranty. A small plastic valve mechanism inside the motor had come out so the technician replaced the motor as its a complete self-contained unit. Im not sure what something like that would cost me outside of the warranty.

I bought this about a month ago and it has blown water from the air exhaust vent under the door since the first time I ran it. Customer Service has been no help. I do not like the no return policy on appliances. I got stuck with this. Where was the quality control at LG? The unit does have some nice features however the racks do not seem as good as my previous LG dishwasher.

I am so pleased with my new dishwasher. It fit into the same space of the dishwasher it replaced but it seems to have double the capacity. Many more dishes and glassware can fit comfortably. I think my favorite part is the third rack. No more handwashing spatulas whisks and small items that are not normally dishwasher friendly. Less work for Mother is at hand.
