It™™s everything I wanted, and at a fantastic price! Delivery was on time and professional. I really like that the water dispenser, inside the refrigerator, is perfect for filling my large tumblers; my old refrigerator had only a small space to dispense and I ALWAYS spilled water all over. In addition, the drawers are smooth, and everything is well lit. Unit is super quiet. I couldn™™t have asked for more in a refrigerator!!

we are really liking the new stovetop that we™™ve had installed. Very nice looking and easy to operate. We like that you can regulate the temperature and control how fast or slow our food is cooked.

This replaced a whirlpool glass cooktop that was 21 years old and gray in color and showed no finger marks and still perfect but eyes just didn™™t keep heat correctly.why not make that color and finish again to be easy to keep very nice looking

The knobs are solid black. Very hard to read the marker on top of each knob. Is it possible to get four knobs that are easier to read. Maybe a white line on top.

Have been using for a month and like it a lot. A little hard to see the indentation on the knob that you move to low, medium, high. Maybe make that mark red.

Just wish I could find one with stainless steel trim on all four sides. I chipped the last two. Also, the top finish leaves streaks when you clean it. My last one did not. It's almost like it is slight bit textured.

This was purchased through our home warranty policy. Overall happy with the cooktop, except the textured surface around the burners is not very easy to clean. The cooktop works great and the textured surface does give it a great look!

It is socalled a stainless steel cooktop. It turned out that the knobs are aluminum, especially inside there is just plastic tube. Very very disappointing. I bet that the plastic will be quickly broken because it looks so cheap and fragile. Really not worth $500 more. I think that it is a cheating.

I bought this entry-level cooktop because it is the only Whirlpool that the store had in stock. It replaced a 25yr old Whirlpool Gold glass cooktop. It turned out to be a big mistake! This shiny black glass is impossible to clean and must be cleaned after every usage! I love to cook (been cooking 60 yrs!) and this is an absolute pain! The other annoyance is the black on black eyes are impossible to see to keep the pan centered! What in the world were the Whirlpool engineers thinking??? I really hate this cooktop - but I'm stuck with it!

Works well; looks good. Downside is the minute you set a pan on it, it leaves a mark. Very hard to clean without it looking streaky and cloudy.

Works as it should, heating elements are a good size for all pots and pans, I like the simple sleek design and frameless glass top. What I don™™t like is the scratch in the cooktop the first time I slid a pot from one burner to the next. I had two small scratches in my previous glass cooktop that I had for 27 years, two weeks with the new one and I already have a deep 2™ scratch that I have to look at every day. Now I have to lift a pan or pot off the burner to move it so that never happens again. Is the glass a lesser quality than my Whirlpool cooktop I bought in 1996?

I™™m a huge fan of gas stoves, so it felt like a downgrade to get an electric stovetop in my new home. This stovetop exceeded my expectations for cooking meats and veggies. I™™d only say that it would be better to have other cleaning product options other than Whirlpool™™s Affresh. I don™™t have any yet and the stovetop is not as clean as it could be.
