good basic model, i like that it is on wheels. the interior layout could be better, seems less roomy than it could be. the crisper drawer is one long drawer, would prefer divided drawers. the door can only open to the right, no way to attach the handle on the right.

Bought this Frigidaire a year and a half ago, seems nothing but trouble. Does keep foods frozen and the frig is luke warm, purchased the extended warrantee, only to be told that the next available date for a tech to come out is 3 weeks away! What do we do with all of our food going to waste? Well, you could file a homeowners claim! This is what I was told Twice!!!. Unacceptable, The freezer makes a grinding noise, the fan motor was replaced after 5 months, the touch plate was replaced after 2 months, the flimsy plastic crisper drawer rollers have broken off cannot be replaced without buying the whole drawer and slides. Here we are waiting again for a tech to show up. Hoping they have the necessary part (not on back order!)

Bought this refrigerator at PC Richards on 1/4/24 and has been having this problem since April. Have had Technicians from PC, who said something is wrong with the thermostat and the heating system for which he was ordering the parts for. Still waiting as of today 5/29/25. He came on the 5/17. Technician from GNG Appliance Service came on 5/20 or 21 said nothing is wrong, we should just move some of the items in the freezer as they were blocking the vents. This is foolishness. We cleared the freezer repacked the stuff being careful to allow space for the vent. As of today 5/29/24 we™™re still having the same problem. This fridge is a piece of junk and I would appreciate either getting my money back or a new fridge. I would choose another brand not Frigidiare. I should not be having this problem with a 3 months old new appliance. Today I have called Frigidaire for the third time and they are sending another repair person.

Top freezer professional series fridge

I love the looks , the way it performs, and the ample space BUT my biggest issue with this fridge is that the handles cannot be switched to open on the right side and since my kitchen is a fairly small , galley type one and oriented for the fridge to open on the right side , getting access to the fridge is sometimes a minor gymnastic endeavor. In all honesty , I would gladly pay replacement doors that can open right side if Frigidaire did manufacture said replacement doors . But maybe that™™s just wishful thinking.

Poor installation and trouble shooting provided

Two problems. First because of I believe poor delivery service and installation. They put the dairy drawer right on top of the shelf leaving only two surfaces for products. No instructions on how to adjust shelves. I was able to move the dairy, but not the other which means heights are terrible. Second they refused to hook up ice maker in the freezer to existing lines. They checked the water flow from the intake and it was fine; but in so doing they ran water all over my floor. They put on a shut off cap but filled it with putty first. He also over tightened connection at intake and broke it placing a bucket under it and saying to empty it a few times a week. Only left the copper tubing so all other parts had to be purchased by me. Told me to call a plumber to connect. Plumber charged me $260 to hook up! The ice maker doesn't work. Had repair man here who said water was reaching the unit; that the unit is defective. Have ordered a replacement, which is out of stock and now have to wait again. Here goes another day of clearing a whole day on calendar for delivery and installation of replacement unit. I have a question regarding the air filter in the fridge. It appears to be filled with ordinary styrofoam. Asked both delivery men and the repair man if that was right. Neither could help and there is no information in the manual regarding same. Frigidaire should provide manuals for their equipment. I found it on line, but certainly cannot carry my computer to kitchen when I need to know something. Clients should not have to print the manual themselves, it should be provided by manufacturer. AND there is no information at all on ice maker other than install instructions; no way to trouble shoot operation.Very disappointed with my purchase and with Frigidaire.

Only 2 weeks in, I can say that it is cooling well. Seemed like my old Amana 20 Cu Ft refrigerator had more storage space and held more food. Since my refrigerator is rather exposed in the kitchen and only the front doors are stainless steel, I would have preferred that the remainder of the cabinet was painted a lighter gray that was a closer match to the front doors. The dark gray is a bit of a miss match. The only thing that I can see you get with the "professional" model vs. the regular model is those big door handles. Unless you really want those large handles, I would recommend getting the regular model without the big handles--the other features all appear to be the same for less money.

I gave it one star because it has needed the electrical panel replaced 3 times - 12/22, 8/23and 10/23. We got a lemon. Waiting to hear back from the company about a replacement fridge. Very disappointed.

Poorly constructed - definitly not "professional".

The first one came with a top hinge cover that did not fit. Hours on the phone and in email with their service dept failed to get me the right part. In the end, they simply stopped responding. The freezer door was also misaligned and popped open whenever we closed the fridge door. Insulation foam was blowing out the fridge door panel. The unit made loaded moaning ans wheezing noises all the time. The replacement unit STILL had the wrong hinge cover. This one does not moan and wail. However, when you open the freezer door, the bottom door shelf detaches, and all its contents spill on the floor. Even if only very lightly loaded! We bought three new Fridgidaire appliances this time, and we have owned the Gallery/Galleria stove and dishwasher previously, so we have bought 5 appliances in total over the years. Never again.

The refrigerator had many workmanship problems such as the logo being crooked, the wrong hardware was sent, scratches on the door not from delivery, the blue tape being set under the glass so I couldn't remove it, and the insulating foam being oversprayed. It also came in sabbath mode which I didn't know was a thing and had to read the manual to take it off.I was going to give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the device seems to work and once I finally got through to someone at Frigidaire they did give me a $125 damage allowance discount which offset most of the warranty, however after they wouldn't let me submit my review because they want to track me with ads I decided to drop it to 1. Asking for a review and then irritating the people off who go ahead and do it is not a winning strategy.I probably won't buy direct again though. I felt like I would have gotten quicker and better customer support from a retailer. Only reason I am filling this out is for the chance to win that $3,000 sweepstakes which is probably a scam anyways.

Freezer Failed

Freezer Failed after 40 day's . The fan was replaced . It was making a crying whimpering dog noise before it failed and new fan fan is making the same sound .I hope it doe's not fail again . The service repair response was very quick and repaired fast .
