I just LOVE my new freezer. It replaced one that was 40 years old. I just hope this one lasts 1/2 that long. It has was more room inside and the lighting is great as well as I love the alarm. Had I had an alarm on my old one it would not have had to be replaced as my grandson(20) left the door ajar and the compressor burned up.

Needed a new freezer for my garage so I stumbled upon this one during a Google search. It was a good price seemed to fit my needs. I placed my order and scheduled the delivery date pretty easily. I wasn't home when they delivered but I was able to open my garage remotely and let the guys in. They removed the old one and put in the new one quickly. Once I got home I had to swap the door to the other side but with the ambidextrous parts it was extremely easy! The freezer is much bigger than I initially thought it would be. It fits every need I have and I have had not one problem out of it. Extremely satisfied with the company and the product.

The motor seems to be a little noisy. Not sure if this is the reason, but it was a bit dented on the part that covers the motor. I'm glad it is kept in the garage so we don't have to listen to it.

I am in a panic trying to move all of its meat and fish contents to coolers & the "customer support" person offered me a service call in 3 days! The "customer service?" person tried to sell me an extended warranty during the call too!! Never again Fridigaire.

The freezer is very quiet and cools down quickly. It could use another shelf and the small basket in the bottom holds an ok amount of food, but there is a lot of wasted space above it where a shelf could have been. My old freezer, a 19c/ft Fridgidaire finally stopped cooling like it should after 36 years. I hope this one lasts as long.

We have had a Frigidaire chest freezer for over 18 years. It has been great. However, we freeze farm vegetables and fruits from our farm. Some packages get lost in the chest freezer or are hard to locate. We transitioned to the Frigidaire 20 cubic feet upright freezer and items can be located within seconds. It is so nice to be able to see everything that is in your freezer within seconds and can be everything is organized. So happy with this investment!!!

Getting older meant getting more user friendly items. We went from a 25 cubic foot chest style freezer to a 20 cu.ft. upright. I had bruises from defrosting our old chest style. Only regret is I should have ordered a larger freezer!

Our last freezer (also a Frigidaire) was still running strong at 43 years old. Despite that, a kitchen renovation compelled a replacement for a variety of reasons. Our new wonderful freezer has many advantages over our now-gone antique. Specifically, we love the bright lit interior, the frost-free feature, the interior organization, the fact that it's designed to operate in a garage, and more. We also went up 5 cubic feet, which is also great. Hoping for another 43 years :)

Freezer went outh after 3 months. Had a 1/2 beef processed and lost it all all because of pour welds on the freon lines. The repair man said he could not fix it without having to cut into the housing on the unit. There is only a $250.00 coverage for the content and that wouldnt even cover the processing fee. I am still in the process of the warranty and I hope they try and make it right.
